As our Intake Coordinator, you'll be providing detailed customer service to patients, providers and clinic staff regarding pre-service, concurrent and post-service requests with documentation in appropriate systems or databases. This role will also work within the NCQA requirements for completion and turn-around times for requests and cases and facilitate adherence to processes, entering authorizations that do not require medical review according to departmental policies.

This position has the option to work remotely, or a full-time or hybrid work arrangement from one of our offices located in Madison, WI, or Onalaska, WI. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
