The ABA Intake Coordinator will play a crucial role in the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new families seeking our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of ABA therapy.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries and intake processes.Conduct initial phone screenings and gather necessary information to determine client eligibility.Schedule and coordinate initial assessments and appointments with clinical staff.Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and intake processes.Provide clear and empathetic communication to families about the intake process, services offered, and what to expect.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes as needed.Follow up with potential clients to ensure completion of all necessary documentation and requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a healthcare or therapeutic setting, particularly in ABA therapy, is highly desirable.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with families and team members.
