Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our law firm client. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, serving as the first point of contact for new prospective clients, handling development and client relations, coordinating with the marketing team, and supporting administrative staff and partners. Ideal candidate is adaptable with great time-management skills. Expected starting base salary $32 to 40 per hour depending on experience. Job Description:
  • Masterfully handle inbound calls, including intake of prospective clients and onboarding new clients.
  • Track referral sources and marketing data.
  • Open and close client files, including setup on Clio and Clio Draft, and provide summaries to attorneys regarding new client status.
  • Manage the Attorney's calendar in collaboration with the receptionist to ensure quality case management.
  • Work with outside vendors and service providers to ensure timely bill payments and investigate new vendors when necessary.
  • Keep role-specific training manuals updated.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of manager or legal assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Mac-based software, Outlook, and Adobe.
