Job Summary:
The Intake Coordinator is a data centric role. The Intake Coordinator gathers patient information, demographics, and previous history in order to ensure an effortless treatment experience. This position requires pristine phone etiquette and clear written and verbal skills to ensure data accuracy and smooth flow of referrals. They will also perform a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.
