Job Summary

Our fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm, with offices throughout Ohio, is growing, and we seek to hire an experienced full-time Sales Associate. As the compassionate voice of our law firm, you'll be responsible for fielding inbound calls from prospective clients and making outbound calls to client leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with inside sales or telesales experience who are passionate about helping people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients, screen leads, and obtain case details to determine case acceptance.
• Respond to and manage all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals) with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct outbound calls to client leads and handle inbound calls, with the goal of converting them to signed clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Update logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of potential new clients accurately.
• Partner with attorneys and leaders to gain their support and guidance to facilitate client signing when clients have complex questions or seek additional counsel.
• Conduct potential new client interviews with empathy and compassion.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to transition cases smoothly from intake to representation.
• Maintain high professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (2) two years of experience in sales, with a focus on customer service and building strong relationships.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in sales, customer service, or related fields are a plus.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines.
• Bilingual is plus.
