We offer a collaborative, client-centered approach to mental health care, and our team is committed to supporting individuals and families through comprehensive behavioral health services.About the Intake Specialist:As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in the initial assessment of clients seeking behavioral and mental health services. You will provide intake assessments and 1:1 sessions for clients to further evaluate needs, offer support, and develop personalized care plans. This position requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar Human Resources field. A deep understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and crisis management is a must.Our Ideal Intake Specialist Has:REQUIRED: A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar Human Resources field.Licensed or license-eligible in PA (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or equivalent) - highly preferred.2-3 years of post-graduate experience in behavioral or mental health settings, including intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and conducting 1:1 therapeutic sessions.Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment interventions, and evidence-based practices.Crisis intervention and management experience - highly preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.What we offer our Intake Specialist:Competitive pay: $60,000/year - Depending on experience and licensureHealth, Dental & Vision BenefitsGenerous Vacation Package - 6 paid holidays plus 18 days of paid vacationRetirement with a matchLicensure supervision and continuing education opportunitiesSpecialized training in working with sex offendersCollaborative team environmentFulltime Monday-Friday hours - 3 day shifts/2 evening shiftsTo ApplyPlease submit your resume if you are a mental health therapist (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or similar) and would like to learn more about this opportunity.
