What You Will Do:
  • Builds, maintains, and strengthens relationships with new and existing referral sources and other community providers.
  • Serves as Intermountain's primary admission contact for referral agencies, individuals, families, school districts, and others
  • Works with program leaders and providers to ensure full caseloads/productivity, etc.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Schedules and monitors intake appointments or delegates to appropriate support staff.
  • Responds to all referral inquiries to Outpatient programs.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in social services or related field with at least two years' of similar experience. (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Valid driver's license
