We are seeking an Intake Supervisor!Eligible Ohio counties listed belowThis role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000.00!Join our team!Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services - working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The Intake Supervisor's job responsibilities involve processing referrals for care coordination for both Region H and Region for the OhioRISE program within ISBH. This role evaluates referral activities and ensures the program is meeting the proper requirements. The Intake Supervisor also provides support to team members through proper guidance and coaching when needed. This position must reside in one of our CME service counties or a county contiguous to these which includes: Coshocton, Fairfield, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Washington, Athens, Fayette, Gallia, Jackson, Highland, Hocking, Meigs, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, or Vinton. This role requires quarterly in-person meetings in various CME counties.The pay range for this position is $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annually based on experience, education, and/or licensure.Essential Functions:
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of Referral Specialists through various methods including team meetings and regular communications.
  • Manages the intake process for OhioRISE care coordination.
  • May directly process intakes for care coordination, ensuring an individual is eligible, set up, and referred within the established program timelines and process.
  • Follow up for any missing information when necessary.
  • Document all referral activities to ensure program eligibility requirements.
  • Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group supervision.
  • Analyze management reports and electronic case records.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members, provide coaching, and follow established progressive disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Lead the review and selection of assigned new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, application reviews, and interviews.
  • Supervision; 1 direct report.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervision/ managerial experience is required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • 3 years of experience working in a medical referral position and/or non-profit administrative management environment is required.
  • Ability to maintain expert knowledge of OhioRISE guidelines and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively with community-based organizations and diverse constituencies.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/ written expression.
  • Must be able to operate in an internet-based, automated office environment.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
