The team sits at the intersection between our streaming platform and our marquee brands, including NBC Entertainment, Universal Pictures, USA Network, Bravo, NBC News, Telemundo and more.
The Intergrated Marketing Specialist will support the wider team in executing linear, digital, social, experiential and event integrations that span the portfolio. They will regularly work with brand and growth marketing teams, as well as portfolio marketing leads, to support the ideation and execution of innovative and impactful cross-functional NBCU promotions.
The right candidate will dream big, thrive in both a fast-paced start-up environment as well as a complex corporate organization and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage support plans for NBCU next-day programming, key specials, simulcasts and other Peacock and NBCU priorities
* Build, document and communicate cross-brand marketing plans in support of both Peacock and NBCU programming priorities
* Lead cross-functional efforts to develop strategic and holistic support plans, stretching across all Peacock Channels including On-Platform Promo, Merchandising, Social, CRM, Performance Media and more.
* Develop performance read outs and work with manager to drive insights that optimize future campaigns
* Manage all aspects of asset trafficking with brand partners including requesting necessary graphics, copy and appropriate trackable links as well as communicating feedback to Peacock and securing approvals
* Support team in all current priorities for Peacock efforts and strategic initiatives, including social, digital, linear, experiential and event executions that span the portfolio.
* Assist team with creating and managing decks including coordinating workback plans and review deadlines
Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 2+ years relevant work experience in Media, Direct-to-Consumer, Entertainment and/or Digital Media
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint)
* Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and able to work flexibly across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of current event industry trends/thinking

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000
