Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) LeaderOctober 30, 2024About the jobHitachi Energy is seeking an Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) Leader in Alamo, TN location. In alignment with the North America Hub's vision and growth strategy, this role is responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across the extended Factory by using ITM system tools.The ITM system aims to address various challenges in transformer manufacturing by promoting continuous improvement, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. It helps improve performance in safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while also increasing productivity and reducing costs.How You'll Make An ImpactPartners with the cross-functional leadership team in developing and operationalizing the Strategy Deployment process. Facilitates development of breakthrough objectives, action plans, KPI's (Bowlers) and leads in development of Kaizen plan to support the overall needs of the organization.Change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination across the organization using ITM lean methods, processes, and tools, such as Daily Management, LSW, Value Stream or Process Mapping, Kaizen, Transactional Process Improvement, etc.Lead all activities in the Factory to implement the ITM system and drive improved maturity scores to advance the organization through the ITM phases of deployment.Drive optimization of KPIs throughout the functional organizations that you support.
