Our client is a top national firm, seeking a trademark and copyright litigation associate for its New York or Boston offices. The salary for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000, depending on a range of factors including experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of trademark or copyright litigation experience, with knowledge in enforcement and takedown matters related to social media platforms.
• Proficiency in trademark or copyright counseling and USPTO matters.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills; team focused.
• State bar admission is required.
