Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Our client is a major international firm, seeking an IP litigation associate for its highly-ranked litigation practice in Boston, New York, and Washington, DC to handle high tech, software, digital media and semiconductor disputes. The salary range for this role is between $310k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience specifically in patent and trade secrets within a law firm.
• IPR experience is highly preferred.
• USPTO admission is preferred.
• A degree in engineering, physics or computer science is also highly preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted.
