Job Summary:

Intelligent Automation is one of the pillars for the Platforms and Engineering team here at Allied World. We are looking to hire a lead for the pillar. This candidate will be an expert in Business Process Management, Workflow and ServiceNow. Also, this person will be working for the Process Engineering Team, collaborating with the AW IT Team, AW product stakeholders, and Platform vendors.

Soft Skills:

· Solid Written/verbal communication

· Experienced and comfortable interfacing, collaborating, and running meetings with different business units, stakeholders, management, leadership, both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Ability to tell a story in a convincing way

Workflow/Orchestration Integrations:

· SME in Workflow/BPM

· Sufficient hands-on work experience for integrations and implementations

· ServiceNow Low Code Platform Hands-on experience (This is a must)

· Ability to partner with other Technologists and Architects for integrations and implementations

Document/File Storage:

· Hand-on experience with a file storage product (Filenet/Newgen or other similar products)

· Experience working with Integration of internal systems with File Storage Platform

· Experience in implementing necessary controls for IT-governance (Metadata rules, Alerts, Monitors , Reports) around File Storage product

· Ability to partner with other Technologists and Architects for integrations and implementations
