Intensive Outpatient Counselor - The Village Family Service Center : Job Details

The Village Family Service Center is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Therapist, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to and has a passion for empowering clients and their families. The right employee will have the ability to provide quality therapeutic services and connect clients with community resources, develop a service plan for clients, and maintain accurate client documentation.This role will Facilitate group, individual, and family sessions as defined by the needs of the program. The role will also Facilitate interagency relationships by attending appropriate meetings, promoting program development and participating in public speaking and/or events.Pay Range: $59,000 - $66,000 annually, DOE.Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a human service-related field.
• Licensed in the State practicing as LPCC
• Experience of 3-5 years preferred.
• Past experience leading therapy groups is preferred.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, time management, prioritization and communication skills.
• Experiences in interagency and community-based systems.
• Must have non-judgmental attitude, respect for and sensitivity to diversity and individuality.
