Our client, a leading global e-commerce platform, is seeking a Remote Conversational Designer to join their team through the end of June, with potential for extension. In this role, you'll design and develop conversational interfaces for customer self-service solutions and agent-facing productivity tools. Collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and customer service teams, your work will aim to create seamless, engaging, and effective conversational experiences that elevate the customer journey.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge customer service platforms and explore growth opportunities by integrating the latest LLM-based AI technologies into conversational design.
