Interim Executive Director of Community Outreach Programs - Redlands Community Hospital : Job Details

Reporting to the Vice President ofBusiness Development, this position is responsible for utilizing leadership andprofessional nursing skills in the Executive Director role with responsibilityfor the manage all aspects of the Redlands Community Hospital community-baseddepartments and programs. This position is responsible for financial systems,materials, training, documentation, marketing, client relations, anddevelopment and implementation of new clinical sites and programs. Thisposition works in collaboration with Medical Directors, internal hospitaldepartments, external agencies, and local and regional community members. This position is accountable to county,state, and federal agencies in addition to other external regulatory agenciesfor maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards . EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: 1. Twoyears of experience in management in a hospital system or primary/specialtycare clinics and three years of experience providing leadership or clinicalcare in a clinical setting within the past five years preferred. 2. Bachelor'sdegree in nursing; MSN or MBA preferred. 3. Knowledgeablein regulatory requirements: federal, state, Title XXII, The Joint Commission,and California Department of Public Health. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: 1. CurrentCalifornia RN License required. 2. CurrentCPR certification required. 3. PublicHealth nursing certificate required within two years of employment. Current driver's licenseand auto insurance required
