Job Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer II to join our team. This role requires a minimum of six years of professional interior design experience, with at least two years in healthcare design. A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design is required, and professional licensing is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts and designs for interior projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Lead the planning and design phases of healthcare-focused projects, from conceptualization through execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and translating client needs into actionable design strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design professionals to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
  • Oversee documentation, quality control, and regulatory compliance for all project phases.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • NCIDQ certification or other relevant licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
