- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant interior design experience, with K-12 facility experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to translate ideas into tangible designs.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience managing multiple interior design projects, including budget management.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
