About Our Client We are a prominent construction firm specializing in high-end interior fit-outs for commercial and residential projects across NYC. With a reputation for delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our interior projects from concept to completion. Job Description
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and procurement of materials and resources.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with NYC building codes.
