INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT - Frank Petruso Architect PC : Job Details

We are a small Architectural firm located in the Queens / Great Neck area in need of an Intermediate Architect.

We are looking for someone with experience with the following:

• new construction for high end, custom family frame residences
• builders' cluster residential developments
• apartment buildings
• commercial projects
• all located in New York City (primarily Queens) and western Nassau County

MANDATORY Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Architecture
• Working knowledge of New York City Zoning, NYC Building Code and Filing
• Experience with NYC DOB NOW Filing Procedures, NYC Dep Sewer Filing, and NYC Energy Conservation Code with a Class 2 License
• The ability to produce, design, and construct drawing with AutoCAD
• must possess excellent communication skills, be motivated, have a good sense of design
