Intern Personal Assistant - Validus Technology : Job Details

Seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and organized Intern personal assistant. Responsibilities:

Assist with personal tasks, organization and project management

Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed.

Support with email correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Assist with the organization and management of files, documents, and records.

Provide support for various projects and tasks as assigned.

Attend meetings and events as necessary, providing logistical support and taking notes.

Qualifications:

Preferably enrolled in High School or College pursuing a degree . Internship course credits can be awarded with most universities .

Must live within a commutable distance of Westchester County

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/ or Google Workspace is a plus.

Flexible, adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

This is an internship/mentorship. Compensation is dependent on experience. We can offer academic credit (if applicable) and a flexible schedule. Additionally, this position offers the potential for more consistent work for the right candidate.
