Job Title: Intern Recruiter
Location: Remote

Position Overview: As an Intern Recruiter at Provisions Tech, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the best talent to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. You will leverage your recruiting expertise to source, screen, and place candidates who align with our clients' requirements and culture. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and facilitate the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Currently pursuing Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
