Role Description

The Intern Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position located in Katy, TX at SIRA Consulting. The IT Recruiting Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for IT positions within our clients' organizations. The incumbent will work closely with SIRA's clients to understand their needs, perform market analysis, and leverage their extensive knowledge of IT to find the best candidates for the job. The role also involves managing the candidate lifecycle, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and creating and maintaining job descriptions and postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the field of IT.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with recruitment tools including job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems, and resume databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
