Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops software for retail pharmacies across the country. Our pharmacy management platform helps our clients increase profits, improve customer service, and enhance patient safety. We are seeking a knowledgeable professional that takes initiative and possesses an analytically mindset to join our Infrastructure team as an Internal IT Support Analyst.The IT Support Analyst position will be the first responder to Liberty's internal IT Help Desk and InfoSec support requests and incidents. This position will monitor the IT and IS Service Management systems for incoming service requests and system generated events. The IT Support Analyst will engage in the initial triage of support issues. In addition, the IT Support Analyst will serve as an analyst on the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor and triage potential Cybersecurity threats.To perform this job successfully, the individual should possess a foundational level of technical understanding of computer networks and computer administration. In addition, the individual should possess a fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts, common threats, and incident response techniques.Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):Provide IT end-user technical support for the Infrastructure and InfoSec teams remotely and onsite at our multiple Liberty locations.Will be handling Protected Health Information (PHI) data in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Administer and maintain Infrastructure assets using JIRA asset management system.Responsible for documentation within Liberty's ITSM structure.Provide end-user application support such as Antivirus, ED/R, VPN Clients, Office 365 application suite, etc.Administer PC Imaging system.Process employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.Monitor and report on Infrastructure systems health through a Network Performance Monitor system.Monitor the Security Information and Events Management (SIEM) system for potential Cybersecurity threats.Create, update, and maintain procedural and knowledge based documentation as needed.Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.Communicate with all levels of management and staff in a professional manner.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field required.2 years of experience in a Technical Support role required.One or more certifications such as: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.Working knowledge of Computer networking concepts.Experience administrating and troubleshooting SQL is a major plus.Experience with Microsoft Surface Laptops preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.Must be able to regularly report for in-person work at our offices in Southlake and Grapevine, Texas.**Please note: no employment sponsorship opportunities (H1B, etc.) will be offered for this position.Come work at Liberty Software!
