Lock-Out Tag-Out 5 S / Good housekeeping of the area. Ability/ Willingness to obtain forklift operator license. Scan door product information into CNC Controller. Orient door properly onto table. Operate 5-Axis CNC Router Machine. Perform quality inspections using product standards and gages. Make offsets or adjustments in CNC control based on quality inspection data. Setup cutting tools. Perform tool changes. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment. Must be able to perform or learn all jobs on DDL - Good mechanical aptitude. Must follow operational, quality and safety guidelines. Mentor, initiate and measure OJT for training new associates in your assigned area per instruction of Group Leaders and Supervisor.
