Duties:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion in international markets.- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, retailers, and other key stakeholders in target markets.- Develop comprehensive market entry strategies for new international markets, taking into account factors such as market demand, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, andcultural considerations.- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective market penetration and expansion initiatives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in international markets.- Identify and assess risks associated with international expansion efforts, such as currency fluctuations, political instability, legal and regulatory compliance, and supply chain disruptions.- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to international business activities, such as sales performance, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Special requirements:- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or Management (a foreign equivalent is acceptable).- 3 years of experience in a managerial position.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
