About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor in the company's global expansion, with a focus on managing the legal affairs of the international business. This role involves leading all aspects of international legal operations, engaging with business teams to inform global strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Global Corporate Counsel will also be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the company's international subsidiaries, collaborating with third-party advisors, and supporting the negotiation of strategic agreements. A proactive approach to risk mitigation, process improvements, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.Applicants for the Global Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, a Juris Doctor, or relevant legal education, and at least 5 years' of supervisory experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. The role requires deep knowledge of international legal standards, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across business units. Experience with decentralized clinical research and a strong technical background in legal operations are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in legal administration, be adept at problem-solving, and have a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in English and a strong understanding of relevant regulations such as Good Clinical Practice, HIPAA, and GDPR are also necessary.
