International Logistics Coordinator (#34765) - Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions : Job Details

An international chemical distribution company in the Casa Grande, AZ area is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics operations and customer service, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude. This is a full-time, direct-hire, 100% on-site & in-person position in Arizona.

International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, ocean shipment tracking, inquiries, and issue resolution via phone and email.
• Update logistics information, purchase orders, and sales orders within the company's systems.
• Assist with demand forecasting and market analysis to support operational planning.
• Monitor production and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Prepare sales and purchasing reports, as well as other documentation for upper management.
• Coordinate and manage ocean export operations, including arranging shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as needed

International Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in ocean logistics, ideally within 3PL or freight forwarding experience.
• Experience with Ocean Import/Export operations, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
