1. Promote and assist in carrying out programming for the Center for Global Education. Programming
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating the Friendship Family Program, assisting with programming for and attending International Club meetings and activities, assisting with International Living and Learning Community, developing and coordinating volunteer opportunities for international students.
2. Assist the Associate Director for International Student Services and Engagement in new student orientations, including: coordinating student arrival (transitioning into residence halls, check-in), training of resident, and other orientation activities.
3. Encourage and assist in international student integration on the North Central College campus. The GA will promote campus activities and events to international students and escort them to selected events of interest.
4. Assist with Center for Global Education website maintenance and development.
5. Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key campus offices such as Residence Life, Registrar, International Admission, and the Dyson Wellness Center.
6. Develop and maintain social networking opportunities for prospective and current students; develop e-content (newsletters, Instagram, TikTok) to supplement and enhance communication with NCC alumni and prospective students .
7. Perform other duties and tasks, as assigned, which contribute to the effective operation of the Center for Global Education and the College in general

Education/Training: A baccalaureate degree is required. Admission into a graduate degree program at North Central College is required. The graduate programs that best compliment this assistantship are:
