International Tax Optimization Manager
Koch Capabilities, LLC manages the tax execution for Koch Industries, Inc., and its affiliates. The Tax Capability supports each of the Koch subsidiaries on business transactions, M&A, and compliance reporting. Koch businesses constantly evolve and grow organically as well through M&A activity; all of which requires insight and specialized knowledge from a tax perspective to facilitate and optimize commercial objectives.
