INTL - Application Support Engineer - Insight Global : Job Details

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for two Application Support Engineers to support the Cloud Operations team for one of our customers in the MedTech industry. On a daily basis, you will look at documentation, understand the process, and follow through with various support tasks and appropriate escalations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Azure and working on IAM requests.

Skills and Requirements

• 4 years Azure experience

• Monitoring of Azure Environments - setting up alerts, monitor and how to take action for escalation and resolution

• Working on IAM requests for the manual provisioning and creating the users and assignment of necessary permission

• Rotation of SPN secrets and updating in the key vault. Including updating Jenkins pipelines secret value

• Understanding of JSON code and previous experience with JSON format files

• Familiarity with Okta and other IAM tools null
