Inventory & Accounting Specialist - Bretz Rv & Marine : Job Details

Inventory & Accounting Assistant Our corporate team at Bretz RV & Marine is looking for an Inventory and Accounting Assistant, who will handle daily tasks related to inventory management and accounting duties. To be successful in this position, you will need: meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, accountability for your work, flexibility with duties as priorities change, a calm, methodical working style, a positive demeanor, and problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Job Responsibilities

• Review documentation and post Accounting for Unit Sales
• Report daily sales to Manufacturers
• Calculate, enter and reconcile sales commissions
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly sales & financial reporting
• Daily Correspondence with Sales, Finance and Service Departments
• Enter and Update New & Used Inventory
• Maintain Inventory Files and Documents
• Regular Correspondence with Manufacturer and Freight Representatives
• Send weekly inventory and flooring reports
• Assist with other accounting duties as time and experience allows

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Meet), Adobe Acrobat, and industry-specific software
• Familiarity with automated workflow management systems
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed
• Two years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership accounting department is a preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting 20 lbs

Compensation

• $35,000 to $50,000 annually DOE

Schedule

• 8am to 5pm | Mon to Fri
• Full-time
