Job Summary:
The Inventory Advisor position contributes to Warehouse operations by ensuring that all inventory information is correct and up to date. A typical day as an Inventory Advisor consists of counting, transferring and replenishing inventory. Advisors also frequently liquidate outdated inventory, assign unaccounted inventory a proper location, and audit the warehouse management system (WMS) for errors. Inventory Advisors work closely with Sales teams to ensure any last-minute changes to orders are appropriately addressed.
This role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and may report to the Knox or Ridge warehouse depending on volume and business needs.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Perform inventory cycle counts for accuracy and verification
- Complete transfer requests submitted by sales, configuration staff, customers
- Re-label and store invoiced products going back into stock under customer owned variants
- Compile and provide stock being returned to vendors to our returns department
- Restock bins with minimum quantity required
- Receive and record serial number in the Warehouse Management System for designated customer projects
- Remove obsolete products from inventory as directed
- Execute last-minute order changes
- Provide coverage for other warehouse roles in times of high volume
- Complete forklift safety and operation training within 30 days of hire
Qualifications:
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- High school or equivalent education
- Must be able to communicate (verbal/written) in English
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate in a Windows based platform
- Complete forklift safety and operation training within 30 days of hire

Unique Requirements:

Additional Information:
- The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $18.25 - $23.25 plus a quarterly bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
