Brand Aromatics' benefits include, but are not limited to tuition assistance, medical & dental, disability, group life insurance, 401(k), defined contribution plan, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.Key ResponsibilitiesDescription % of Time Spent•Leverage data analytics to track and capture data on warehouse capacityutilization, trailer drop lot capacity, inventory discrepancies, locator issues,material storage compliance, slow moving inventory, and provide datadriven feedback on day-to-day warehouse inventory operations.•Work with cross functional teams to analyze flow of inventory materials fromreceiving through deployment to identify opportunities to streamlinenonvalue added work and strategize solutions to improve material flowefficiency and storage optimization.•Generate documents, reference guides, one-point lessons, job aids, andresources to help develop skills, knowledge, and capabilities of thewarehouse technicians. Ability to workthrough change control for actionable changes needed for the site.Effective planning and organizational skills demonstratedanalytical/problem solving with strong MS Office proficiency. Possess anin-depth understanding of warehouse processes with the ability to trainothers.Interpersonal Skills -leadership, interactions,communication, influenceStrong communication skills and ability to relay complex date intoactionable items.Other Skills and HPOCompetenciesAcceptable attendance required.
