Position Summary: The Inventory Analyst will collect and analyze raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information for the in-house Facility Support team. Acquiring, merging, and refining data from primary and/or secondary data sources such as Smart Sheets and Oracle Fusion to help management make informed inventory decisions. This position will also be responsible for performing and assisting in data-heavy tasks in Fusion. As well as understating, applying, maintaining, and creating new inventory items. The Analyst will also maintain all of the in-house teams' Smart Sheets. Responsibilities:
- Data entry, system maintenance and sheet/ form maintenance for Inventory support
- Review and process new inventory item requests and inventory level updates
- Maintain restock levels in Oracle / Smart Sheets
- Item updates and inventory compliance for E&O and ABC classes
- Assist with Parts usage research
- Inventory Specialist official backup for cycle counts
- Other duties assigned by management
Working Relationships: This position will need to interact will all of the FSS in-house team. They will be working closely with their direct supervisor, the Purchase Order Coordinator and the parts team. Requirements: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience: 0-2 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred Preferred Experience: 2-5 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred Licenses/Certifications: None. Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Multi-Tasking, Ability to Organize. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred Other:Driving/Fleet Vehicle Requirement: None Travel: None Physical: The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Hours & Conditions: 40 hours, 7:30am -4:00 pm M-F, infrequent OT.
