Inventory Analyst - Fair Logistics : Job Details

POSITION SUMMARY

• This role focuses on the receiving section of the warehouse: both FedEx & checking in surgical implants returning from surgery.
• This Team Member/Warehouse Loaners position is responsible for coordinating the daily pickups and deliveries of products.
• This position will ensure the integrity of products in regard to instrumentation and sterile packed kits ensuring that they are 100% accurate before and after cases at the facilities where we operate.
• Monitoring that everything that is being requested by our Sales Team in the field is shipped to the facilities where we operate with 100% accuracy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for products or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes.
• This position will be required to work in Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word.
• Must have demonstrated phone skills, ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• This position will need to have the ability to work flexible hours as needed in supporting the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.
• This position will need to be willing to work successfully in both an independent and team environment.
• Up to 20% Travel is required when Cycle Counting out of town.

PAY STRUCTURE$21.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | W-2 with no benefitsSHIFT DAYS & TIMESMonday-Friday | 8:00a to 6:00p | Rotating weekends with other warehouse members (about 1-2 weekends a month).QUALIFICATIONS

• Must live in San Antonio, TX or a surrounding area.
• Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified).
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite with specific knowledge of inventory system and Excel spreadsheets as well as Windows Operating Systems.
• Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team player and professional in all settings.
• Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity.
• Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic.
• Must possess adaptability and flexibility.
• Must have a fully functioning smartphone.
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
