A growing company is seeking a highly motivated Inventory Analyst to join their team and provide analytical and operational support for our eCommerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data and trade promotions to provide insights that drive improved profitability and operational efficiency. You will forecast and monitor product needs/trends to proactively maintain minimum inventory threshold levels. You'll work closely with our eCommerce team to identify areas of improvement, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize our eCommerce operations. You will advise the on-platform advertising and promotions with a focus on ROI. Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and trade promotions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Forecast and monitor product needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize operations and on-platform advertising.
- Provide insights and recommendations for advertising and promotions, focusing on ROI.
- Support eCommerce business with analytical and operational expertise.
- Proactively improve efficiency in inventory management.
- Ensure accurate reporting on inventory metrics.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices.
- Foster cross-functional relationships for business success.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform.
- Experience with Amazon's advertising and promotional tools (PPC).
- Experience in Procurement for Amazon
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Ability to handle physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
