**Inventory and Procurement Manager**

The Inventory and Procurement Manager will build and maintain inventory oversight and processes across all our clinics. This role will work cross-functionally to build and scale our inventory processes, assess our strategic pricing, own vendor relationships, and oversee our DTC shipping, retail in clinic, and legal compliance.

The role is based in New York, and will spend time in our corporate office and across clinics. Some travel will be required as we launch new markets in the coming year.

**What Youll Do:**

* Create and scale our inventory processes at Bond - make key decisions on centralized versus decentralized ownership, ordering, and benefits at scale

* Maintain inventory oversight across all clinics.

* Responsible for inventory budgets and COGS impact across all locations

* Manage all external vendor relationships, and pricing and contract negotiations

* Coordinate with clinic management teams to establish inventory requirements, par levels, new item set-up, pricing, and counts

* Establish and maintain accurate data records for clinic inventory requirements.

* Measure inventory performance and identify areas for growth.

* Work against monthly metrics to reduce inventory spend and increase efficiency

**You Have:**

* 3 + years of experience in inventory and procurement, 2+ years operational teams; Industry experience in healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred.

* Bachelor's degree, strong academic background

* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives; strong project management skills to meet deadlines and gain adoption.

* Exceptional analytical, organizational, data-entry, and communication skills.

* A demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams of diverse skill sets.

* Self-starter, ability to work under tight deadlines.

* Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and analysis
