The Retail Inventory Associates are responsible for supporting their Inventory Manager with maintaining accurate inventory control measures. The Inventory Associates are expected to contribute to make their Dispensary a climate which encourages forward thinking, embraces inclusion, and practices generosity of spirit. Sira Naturals is dedicated to becoming the foremost provider of sustainably grown premium cannabis products to our communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL EXCELLANCE
Intakes Sira Naturals and 3rd party product with 100% accuracy by following all state, Metrc, and CCC guidelines.
Communicates intake variances and other inventory issues promptly with Inventory Team and Store Management to ensure that counts are 100% accurate at all times.
Assists the Inventory Leads with barcoding, relabeling, and ensuring all product is sales floor ready.
Supports the Inventory team by updating the Dutchie menu and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date. This will also entail daily TAC audits.
An expert in all things MA regulations and remains vigilant in updates from the Cannabis Control Commission, METRC, and Leaf Logix.
Conducts inventory counts and weekly audits as directed by the Inventory Manager
Ensure inventory records are maintaining the integrity of operations and in compliance with CCC, local, and company regulations and policies
Responsible for ensuring all manifests, both incoming and outgoing, are fully completed and in compliance with all CCC regulations
Fill online and instore orders
Keep the sales floor appropriately stocked at all times
Cash out customers and work on the sales floor as needed
Assists is fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect, while perpetuating a curiosity for everything cannabis
Maintains an accurate cash drawer by following SNI cash handling policies and procedures
Contributes to maintaining an accurate store inventory by ensuing all register reconning, scanning, and POS policy and procedure are followed.
Intake Tech will report directly to the Inventory Manager and Dispensary Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with others, while also able to work with limited supervision.
Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Commission.
Able to pass all background checks as mandated by the Massachusetts Cannabis Commission.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working in cannabis
Experience working with Mass. Seed to Sale System from METRC
Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
Able to escort and assist patients with disabilities in navigating the dispensary, consultation couches, registers, entrances and exits.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The person in this position frequently communicates with staff. Must be able to exchange accurate information about product availability/offerings.
Frequently operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and photocopy machine.
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position when accessing inventory or when operating the computer.
The person in this position must be able to observe and assess delivery operations via cameras and monitor delivery activity.
Frequently communicates with other staff via Walkie Talkie or Headset.
Constantly positions self throughout day when conducting inventory counts, receiving deliveries, or examining merchandise by maintaining the computer and completing reports.
Constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs. throughout the dispensary.
