Inventory Associate - Career Concepts : Job Details

Inventory Associate We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Freezer Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization of our freezer storage area, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods, and assisting with inventory control. This role requires experience in operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move products within the freezer storage area.
• Load and unload products from trucks and shelving units.
• Maintain an organized and clean freezer storage area.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure products are stored at appropriate temperatures and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred.

• Pay Rate is $19.50 per hour
