The Inventory position will be responsible for tracking goods and supplies in the store.
Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory duties.
- Complete cycle counts (scheduled and daily).
- Process purchasing orders as required.
- Track orders and investigate problems.
- Record purchases, maintain data base, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receive, unpack, and deliver goods.
- Restock items and label shelves as necessary.
- Process and document return as required following established procedures.
- Manage negative reports and perform defective assistance.
- Maintain daily defective spreadsheet.
- Assist store or inventory manager in devising new ways to reduce, shrink, and maintain inventory control.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
