Inventory Associate (Full-Time Position)
Park West Gallery, the nation's largest privately owned art gallery, seeks an Inventory Associate to join our team at our 63,000 sq. ft. facility in Southfield, Michigan. Candidates must be detailed oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and manage inventory across multiple stages of a procurement process.
- Ensure precise data entry and record-keeping in our inventory management system
- Coordinate the packaging and shipping of products, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in solving inventory discrepancies and proactively identify process improvements.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform light physical tasks such as packaging and product handling, along with repetitive motions.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Neat and legible handwriting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Previous experience in inventory management is a plus.
