Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing inventory levels and tracking product movement for accuracy. The Inventory Associate will be focusing on monitoring stock levels, managing inventory records, and coordinating with other departments as needed, to support a smooth production operation.

Pay Range:

$21 - $23 per hour – depending on experience

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

· Inbound Shipments

· Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound shipments.

· Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies or damages.

· Pick Bin Replenishment

· Ensure that pick bins are restocked in a timely manner to support the fulfillment team.

· Monitor inventory levels to anticipate and prevent shortages, and promptly communicate any stock concerns.

· Material Requests

· Process material requests efficiently for internal departments, including Production, Assembly, and QC.

· Ensure that materials are promptly and accurately transferred to the appropriate department upon request.

· Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness

· Keep warehouse aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions.

· Put away products and materials immediately to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.

· Perform regular cleaning and organization tasks to uphold warehouse standards.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team

Requirements:

· Able to frequently standup and sit-down

· Able to move at least 20-40 lbs

· Forklift certified
