- Receives merchandise by verifying incoming shipments; testing and storing merchandise; entering data into system
- Checks and analyzes production records and data.
- Distributes merchandise by filling requisitions from sales locations; preparing, verifying, and shipping merchandise.
- Controls inventory by conducting physical counts; placing orders when reorder levels are reached; returning defective merchandise.
- Maintains customer service by evaluating and resolving customer technical problems; issuing replacement merchandise.
- Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
