Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.Job descriptionWe are looking for a hard-working Inventory Clerk to join our team. They will have prior experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment, be self-managed, and have an attention to detail.This person will be responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in at our docks until it is installed in a module. This includes ensuring accurate inventory receipt, organized physical products, timely replenishment, and regular issuing to our various production teams.ResponsibilitiesPhysically and electronically receive materials for productionLabel and maintain job-specific and standard materialsUnpackage and stock product on warehouse shelvesRegularly cycle count and audit existing inventory for accuracyReport discrepancies between physical counts and computer recordsKit and issue materials to the production floor on a regular scheduleMonitor and notify procurement team of stock outsTrack expiration dates and insure first-in. first-out (FIFO) usageRemove and replace obsolete inventory as standards evolveRegular interaction with outside suppliers to resolve problems or needsDesired experience:Experience managing inventory in a manufacturing settingAttention to detail to ensure accurate inventory recordsComputer skills and experience working within an ERP systemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently and set effective prioritiesA customer service mindset when dealing with internal and external customersForklift experience beneficialAbove all else, our team members should have a positive attitude and be flexible as to job responsibilities.
