Job Description :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk / Analyst for a 1-month contract role in the aviation industry. This position will be onsite and requires a hands-on approach to managing inventory systems, tracking parts and materials, and ensuring accuracy in stock levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management or data analysis, preferably within the aviation or manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate stock counts.
  • Track and manage parts, materials, and supplies used in aviation operations.
  • Perform routine inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Organize and categorize inventory based on project needs and product types.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, trends, and usage patterns for management review.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Assist in organizing parts and equipment for ongoing and upcoming aviation projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of inventory management procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies related to inventory and material handling.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
