Inventory Clerk (Orange, CA) - Solvay : Job Details

We are looking for: Inventory Clerk to provide support with production paperwork review and consumption analysis We can count on you for:

• Technically Close (TECO) work orders within 2 days of completion
• Assist in investigating inconsistencies in Finished Goods Production Reporting and Material Consumption. Follow up with manufacturing personnel to address errors.
• Assist cycle counters in validating inventory variances. Reconcile inventory discrepancies prior to making systematic adjustments.
• Document RCCA and other information required for inventory adjustments, obtain authorization, and process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain and publish performance KPI's/metrics as required
• Other tasks as assigned

You will bring:

• High School Diploma
• Preferred college degree for future career advancement
• 1-3 years' experience preferred
• Effectively use ERP (SAP)
• Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks independently and achieve both quality and quantity of work
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $62k (non-exempt) annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
