The primary focus of this position is to ensure inventory accuracy cycle counts are counted accurately and proper record keeping is performed. Follow standardized work process to conduct regularly scheduled counts. Operates equipment to conduct counts. Enter data into spreadsheets and participate on continuous improvement of operation.

- Performs internal audit process as required.
- Maintain control of documents and records to ensure proper audit trails and filing.
- Count inventory efficiently and effectively and meet goals.
- Provides recommendations on root cause of inventory errors.
- Utilize system processes to conduct counts and maintain data.
- Makes recommendations for process improvement.
- Conduct cycle count and audit processes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follows all company rules, policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with established safety rules, EEO, Title VII and other laws and company policies to prevent harassment, discrimination or the creation of a hostile environment.
What We Are Looking For: - Minimum of high school education/GED; minimum of 2 years of inventory Control or cycle counting experience preferred.
- Experience working in a high volume, high dollar inventory consumer products manufacturing experience is desired.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills are required, along with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and high stress environment.
- Solid personal computer skills are preferred.
- Ability to work off shifts and overtime (including weekends) as needed is required.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Good reading and writing skills.
- Excellent math skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly exposed to the manufacturing plant environment. Potential exposure may include, but is not limited to: solvents, dusts, noise, heat, outside weather conditions, cramped spaces, and building construction areas. Potential physical demands include, but are not limited to: frequent walking and standing, occasional climbing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, handling, pushing, and pulling
