As an Inventory Control Analyst, the responsibilities will be focused on maintaining accurate systematic raw material and spares inventory at Tesla's GFNY manufacturing site and offsite raw material warehouse. This team member will be required to work with multiple organizations to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy. Responsibilities
- Resolving discrepancies, examine and investigate misidentified or out of balance items with root cause analysis and identifying necessary preventive measure to assure there are no re-occurrence
- Compiles, verifies, and reports monthly statistical information to management regarding inventory trends. Create and drive path of continuous improvement
- Conduct daily inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP/MES systems to ensure inventory accuracy and provide real time data
- Resolve process issues related to material managements, warehousing, and production control
- Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Purchasing) to ensure inventory control practices are being followed and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements - Degree in Business, Math, or Engineering or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing environment with Inventory Control experience
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS fundamentals related to inventory
- Experience with data visualization/analysis software such as Tableau, SQL, MySql, and Excel, and PowerBi
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Extensive detailed analysis experience to make data-driven decisions and summarize results for executives and a proactive approach to problem solving

Expected Compensation - Inventory Control Analyst - $59,160 - $88,740/annual salary
- Sr Inventory Control Analyst - $64,600 - $96,900/annual salary
