Our Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS) includes proactive management tools for best practice care and detection of worsening heart failure. These easy-to-use tools improve patient quality of life and help to reduce hospital admissions thereby reducing health care costs. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an inventory control associate this individual is responsible for material picking, cycle counting as well as all other duties outlined below to ensure a steady supply of raw material without interruptions for fulfilling manufacturing orders.
  • Control inventories of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that product availability meets demands
  • Develop and prepare reporting of inventory control results and activities as required by manager
  • Analyze current inventory levels, production speed and/or sales forecasts to determine reorder levels with management
  • Create and execute purchase orders as required
  • Responsible for inventory cycle counting.
  • Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory
  • Staging of accepted material for manufacturing processes
  • Execute inventory dispositions
  • Pick material used by manufacturing team for production builds
  • Support finance in the resolution of any inventory discrepancy
  • Participate in EOY physical inventory audit
  • Liquidate outdated stock and takes actions to resolve out-of-stock situations
  • Assist shipping department with receiving products or return material
  • All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 2+ years of related experience in inventory control
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel as well as experience working in an ERP environment
  • Confidence with basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Professionalism while dealing with suppliers and vendors
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and quickly changing environment
  • Comfortable taking on responsibilities as needed
  • Medical device experience helpful, not required
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others throughout the organization.
EDUCATION
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
